How should I store my fresh peanuts? 

For the best quality, we recommend cooking our peanuts as soon as possible. If you are not immediately cooking them be sure refrigerate your peanuts until you are ready to cook them. 

Do you ship directly to consumers? 

Currently, we do not ship directly to consumers. Our products are perishable and require refrigeration. Because of this packaging and freight are very costly. 

How long is peanut season? 

Our harvest typically runs from Mid June to beginning of November, depending on weather and growing conditions. 

Can I freeze green peanuts?  

Absolutely. Green peanuts freeze well - just place them in airtight bags and store them in the freezer.
